PowerHelp Time Keeping & Expense Reporting

PowerHelp's Time Keeping & Expense Reporting module provides a single point of access to review, submit and approve Time Keeping and Expense entries.

Built Into the Application - Time Keeping and Expense Reporting entries can be logged when a user posts an activity, closes an appointment, or logs an expense against a call. For entries that are not related to a call, users can access the module directly to enter postings.
Easy Review and Submittal - Users can review their time keeping and expenses reporting separately, with visual indicators for overlapping time entries. When they are satisfied, they can submit each time and expense line individually, or all lines at once.
Simple Approval and Rejection - Managers can query PowerHelp for individual or team time keeping and expense reporting entries. Managers can approve individual lines, or all lines at once. If rejecting a time keeping or expense entry is necessary, a Reject Reason can be typed in, then posted to the activity log of the entry allowing the subordinate to correct the entry.
Reporting - Built in reports for time keeping and expense reporting allow for analysis on several metrics including billable time, non-billable time, personal time, travel time, and expenses. Each report can be queried for individual users or entire teams within your organization.

Time Keeping Summary Screen - Allows for filtering by individual CSR, team, and date ranges. Summarizes Total Time for the range selected, breaking down billable, non-billable, personal, standard, and over time entries.
Submittal and Approval/Rejection Screen - Security profiles allow managers and employees to view data from the same screen. If a user is not a manager, they can only filter by date, while managers have the ability to filter for individual employees or teams.
Reporting - PowerHelp can query by individual user, team, and date range to display the report information that is vital to your organization.
