Depot Repair and Return Authorization Processing
PowerHelp's Depot Repair and RA / RMA processing module is a fully integrated module that allows a company to issue, track and control parts being returned for repair or being repaired in house. The process can be included anywhere in an organizations support or field service processes, meaning that as soon as an RA / RMA is needed a few simply mouse clicks and no re-keying of data starts the whole process.
