 PowerHelp Users’ Network Conference (PHUN)The annual PHUN conference is one way that VSI keeps its customers updated on the newest additions in the PowerHelp application. The two-day event covers: Industry trends, customer success, training, and is presented by industry analysts, customers, and VSI staff. The Request for Enhancements (RFE) portion of the conference is one of the most popular sessions, and gives each customer the ability to submit requests for additional functionality that they would like to see in the PowerHelp product.
