Vertical Solutions Adds Scheduling Module to its PowerHelp Enterprise CRM Suite

February 17, 2004 – Cincinnati, OH – Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI), a leading developer of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for support, field service, and sales environments, announced the general availability of their PowerScheduler / Dispatch Board module to enhance their PowerHelp Enterprise solution suite.

The PowerScheduler / Dispatch Board allows security driven users to manage either internal or external dispatched service technicians. The Gantt like visual display board provides users the ability to plan, assign, reassign and / or reprioritize service requests. The field engineer locator functionality can allow for skills based routing of these service requests while the dispatch board also provides drill down capabilities into each request.
