Vertical Solutions to Host "Top Ten CRM Implementation" Seminar
Aberdeen Group and ABB Automation Services to Present July 23, 2003 in Cincinnati.
July 15, 2003 – Cincinnati, OH – Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI), a leading developer of next-generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for help desk, customer service, and sales organizations, announced that they will be hosting an open invitation seminar series on July 23, 2003 at the Crowne Plaza Cincinnati.
VSI’s "Optimizing Effective Customer Retention Solutions" series will be kicked off by Christopher Fletcher, of the Aberdeen Group, who was recently recognized as one of the "20 Most Influential CRM Analysts" worldwide by CRM Magazine. Also included in the opening seminar will be John Fonner, Director Technology Adoption for CincyTechUSA (Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce), who will be discussing the advancement of local technology providers. Several key executives from ABB U.S. Automation Services and VSI will also provide an overview of their success.
Two future seminars are scheduled for September and October and will feature additional VSI customers such as Xerox Global Services, a Xerox Global Services company and Reynolds and Reynolds. Upcoming keynote speakers are to include Dan Lohmeyer, President, of Ohio’s I.T. Alliance, Gary Lemke, President, Realmarket Research, and nationally acclaimed CRM analyst Mikael Blaisdell.
