(VSI), an Aberdeen Group award winning developer and implementer of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for help desk, customer service, and sales organizations, commercially released another reporting option for their PowerHelp Millennium CRM suite.
PowerOLE is the latest addition to the PowerHelp Millennium reporting suite. The PowerOLE tool allows for easy integration with a variety of external reporting systems while invoking the use of the PowerHelp security hierarchy.This latest option will allow an enterprise to offer secure reporting based on user specific access.

PowerOLE, the latest addition, will now allow any organization to utilize their reporting tool of choice while invoking a secured access hierarchy to critical data.
