Vertical Solutions Signs Data Processing Sciences VSI Provides Corporate Wide CRM Solution Boosting Service Levels and Revenue Generation

DPS utilizes VSI’s PowerHelp Millennium for support and service and is currently implementing the system for their contract services group and corporate sales force. All facets of their organization will have the ability to streamline their services and form a single point of contact for all help desk and customer requests, while allowing sales environments to manage all prospective and current customers.
PowerHelp Millennium will allow DPS support teams to maintain and manage service contracts and build a dynamic knowledge base to better assist in internal and external requests. PowerStudio allows specified users to customize the PowerHelp Millennium solution via entities configuration and HTML Editor. Both support and sales organizations will be accessing PowerHelp Millennium’s PowerBIA module, which allows for them to build two and three-dimensional graphs with drill down capabilities to create quick snapshots of any data within the PowerHelp Millennium database.
