Vertical Solutions Expands Channel Partners Adds Apex Technologies

January 7, 2003 – Cincinnati, OH – Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI), an Aberdeen Group award winning implementer and developer of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for help desk, customer service, and sales organizations, announced that Apex Technologies has chosen their completely web-based PowerHelp Millennium product suite as their support and sales automation tool of choice.

Apex Technologies has implemented VSI’s completely web-based PowerHelp Millennium internally and have also reached an agreement to become a value added reseller (VAR) for VSI in the northwestern United States. PowerHelp Millennium’s ease of customization, open technology platform, and modular design will allow Apex Technologies to quickly create value for their current and future customers. Both external and internal support groups will have the ability to form a single point of contact for all help desk and customer requests, while allowing sales environments to manage all prospective and current customers.
