The company is seeking talented individuals for a wide variety of technology roles product suite leaders … project leaders … mid and heavy app developers … DW OLAP developer … application implementation consultants.
Openings exist in 1) our current product suite environment, 2) a health care joint venture startup involving a hosted SaaS technology, 3) R&D application development using latest technology platforms such as MS Workflow Foundation, SOA, and PocketPC and BlackBerry mobile solutions.

Lead Application Developer (s)
- Excellent analytical and creative problem solver
- Minimum 4 years in web development
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply those concepts to new products
- Knowledge of “Web 2.0” concepts
- Experience in building application Frameworks
- Knowledge of the following technologies: C++, C#
- Knowledge of SOA, BPM a plus
- Must be a leader with exceptional communication skills who can motivate and enable others to meet their full potential
- B.S. in Computer Science preferred
Data Warehouse, OLAP Developer
- DB designs and development of data warehouses
- 3+ years experience in the OLAP area
- Designing/developing OLAP Schemas
- Business Intelligence development with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
- Experience with using or developing web BIA tools
- Experience with extremely large DBs (aka government) a big plus
Application Developers
- Excellent analytical and creative problem solver

Technical Analyst
- Act as a member of the Professional Services implementation team
- Internal and External Product installs
- Work closely with Project Management to develop Statements of Work, Change Requests and other project artifacts
- Work with VSI customers on new and ongoing installs
- Extend the VSI application suite for customer implementations
- Software installs for VSI workstation and server machines
- Building custom prototypes for prospects
- Assisting customer support on deeper technical problems
- Installation and Configuration of the Windows Server platform
- Understanding of Network Architectures
- Understanding of the complexities of deploying web based software technologies.
- Developing complex XML structures
- Relational Database programming and tuning (Microsoft SQL Server)
- HTML, DHTML Development
- JavaScript related to web technologies
Optional Skills:
- AJAX Development Experience
- .NET C# Development
- Ability to develop Design Specifications using tools like Visio and other Microsoft Office Products
Senior PowerBuilder Developer
- 2+ years of PowerBuilder Development
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and Oracle
- Experience with the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Creative Problem Solving
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, XML, Javascript, Web Services)
- Experience with complex integrations and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) is a plus
- Ability to perform work independently or within a group of developers
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers and analysts
- Ability to deliver solutions on time under tight deadlines
Systems Analyst
- Multipurpose internal systems and external client support role
- Act as a member of the Professional Services Implementation Team
- Work closely with Project Management to develop Statements of Work, Change Requests and other project artifacts
- Extend the VSI application suite for customer implementations
- Work on internal infrastructure and also with customers on new and ongoing installs
- Interact with the Hosting/Application hosting provider to support the VSI hosted environment
- Install software for VSI workstation and server machines
- Support of VSI Exchange, DNS, Active Directory, Firewall, and Databases
- Internal support of Network Architecture from Gigabit through 10MB as well as phone system
- Build custom prototypes for prospects and produce network architecture diagrams
- Installation and configuration of the Windows Server platform
- Installation and configuration of Windows XP/Vista, Active Directory/LDAP and Network Architectures
- Understanding of the complexities of deploying web based software technologies
Optional Skills:
- Software development experience in HTML, XML and scripting languages
- Ability to develop Design Specifications using tools like Visio and other Microsoft Office Products
- Experience using MQ SQL Server and running SQL Scripts
