Ronald W. Wegmann, Sr.
Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Wegmann is a graduate of Xavier University, earning a B.S. (Philosophy) in 1967 and an MBA (Marketing) in 1971, he has more than 30 years of expertise in systems consulting and software technologies. Wegmann is a member of the Association for Services Management International and the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.

Kris Brannock
Vice President Corporate Development

Ms. Brannock is a graduate of Wittenberg University with a Bachelors degree in English. She is also the current chair of The Women’s Circuits Outreach program, and a member of Northern Kentucky University’s Department of Master of Science Information Systems Advisory Board. For her business and community accomplishments, Ms. Brannock was nominated as one of Cincinnati’s top Forty under 40 up-and-coming business leaders, and speaks regularly at technology and business oriented events across the United States.

Steve McElwee
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. McElwee has 14 years experience in the technology area. After 4 years of various technology endeavors, he joined VSI and later assumed the role of lead developer on the VSI proprietary Fieldcom® laptop communication system. In 2001, he assumed a leadership role in the PowerHelp® product suite development. He was also recognized nationally by the CTIA for his work with wireless Internet systems, being one of the three selected out of 10,000 developers nationwide, as recipient of their prestigious development award. Mr. McElwee received a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University.

Doug Myers
Vice President Sales & Marketing

Mr. Myers, a senior executive, has 18 years of Marketing & Sales leadership experience in the technology field. Formerly SVP of North American Sales for Easylink Services Corporation (ATT spin-off), a leading global provider of transaction management services, where he successfully directed the major turnaround of the entire North American field organization. This included direct sales, channel sales, pre-sales technical support, and post-sales consulting activities. Prior to this position he was SVP of Global Strategic Accounts for SBC Corporation where he created and managed a high performance global sales and support organization of 130 people driving over $200 million in annual revenue. In 1987 Doug joined Accenture, where for ten years he held several key positions in sales management, ending with the title of Business Development Director responsible for building a new sales organization to target Fortune 100 companies to develop long-term relationships and set business direction for consulting business.

Greg Hall
Vice President Professional Services

Mr. Hall has over 15 years of professional experience in the Software Industry covering a broad range of sectors including financial, logistics, insurance, automotive, and commercial software. He also has eight years of architecture experience in the software and solutions disciplines, and nine years as a leader and key player in various Professional Services Organizations.
